Labs Virtual is a specialist data platform studio. We build, operate, and consult on Microsoft Fabric and Azure for clients across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Dutch Caribbean. We are looking for people who are serious about the craft.
Why Labs Virtual
Labs Virtual is a small, focused team. Every role here works on architecture problems and platform operations — not task queues. You will own work, see results, and build something real.
You are solving platform problems that matter — not maintaining legacy dashboards. Labs Virtual does platform design, DataOps, and MLOps on Fabric and Azure.
You will work across Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and the Dutch Caribbean. Multi-region, multi-regulatory data platform experience — unusual for a studio this size.
Labs Virtual holds Solutions Partner status and is pursuing Partner Solution Designation. You'll work inside the Microsoft partner ecosystem, with direct access to engineering escalation paths.
This is a studio at the start of its client base — the first consultancy client is Wapcom tech. What you build now shapes the practice, the toolset, and the culture.
Labs Virtual is building a certified Microsoft Fabric training programme. Team members contribute to and benefit from structured development around Fabric, Azure, and data architecture.
Architecture documentation, runbooks, post-incident reviews, cost models, and capacity estimates — done properly, not as afterthoughts. We work in a way that holds up under scrutiny.

Build and operate MLOps infrastructure on Azure ML, Databricks, and Fabric Real-Time Intelligence. Implement model drift monitoring, retraining pipelines, and evaluation gates. Azure OpenAI integration experience a plus.
Client-facing role working across the full delivery lifecycle — from architecture assessment and sizing through to implementation and handover. Strong communication skills required. Works directly with enterprise stakeholders and the Microsoft field team.
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and SRE function for data platform clients. Terraform, Azure Bicep, GitHub Actions. This is a pipeline role — submit your profile and we will contact you when a client engagement opens.
Microsoft Purview implementation, data cataloguing, lineage tracking, and compliance posture design for clients in regulated industries. Knowledge of GDPR and Dutch Caribbean data regulation is a plus.
Not the right role today? Submit your profile and we will match you to an engagement when the right one opens. Labs Virtual is growing — we keep active candidate profiles on file and reach out directly.
